Atkins 72
Atkins 72 is different than the current Atkins plan. There is no counting of net carbs, and no frankenfoods. The first week (first week only!) you get as close to zero carb as you can.

Eat Fat Get Thin
Published in 1999 by Dr. Barry Groves. This is a high fat, low carb plan, which allows 60g carbohydrates per day. Calories are unrestricted. Ketosis is considered unnecessary; Dr Groves even feels it is undesirable.
